Beginning as a Ground Maintenance Staff member at Parkland Luxury Residential & Apartment Complex, the journey moved into reception and sales with Liberty Hotels Group.
Further experience in sales and marketing leadership followed at Silverland Hotel Ben Thanh and Harmony Hotel & Spa. Since 2014, the work has centered on operation management and the Head of Sales Department role at Liberty Hotel Saigon Greenview.
Alongside hotel operations, his professional contribution includes mentoring, training, educational quality evaluation and participation in graduation thesis defense committees.
